On July 10, 2019 Announcement 2019-059 addressed the Major Disaster Declaration pertaining to the recent severe storms and flooding in Missouri.

 

FEMA has added an incident period end date of July 5, 2019.

 

As a reminder, twenty (20) counties have been identified and designated for Individual Assistamce from FEMA. Below is a list of the currently declared areas.

If the effective date of the appraisal or appraisal alternative was on or prior to the July 5, 2019 Incident End Date, an inspection is required in accordance with the FEMA Declared Disaster Policies and Procedures and product profiles prior to purchase of the loan.
