Implementation of IRS Form 4506-C
NewRez LLC "NewRez" Approved Correspondent Clients: please note that the IRS is eliminating the use of IRS Form 4506-T, Request for Transcript of Tax Return for tax return validation by third parties. The new IRS Form 4506-C, IVES Request for Transcript of Tax Return will replace Form 4506-T.
Closed loan packages received on or after February 1, 2021, must include a signed IRS Form 4506-C, but may be implemented immediately.
