Agency Loan Level Price Adjustments
Newrez Approved Correspondent Clients: please note Newrez will be updating the Loan Level Price Adjustment (LLPA) on high balance and second home loan transactions on Best Effort Commitments from >=60 day lock period to =>45 effective with new locks starting on January, 24, 2022.
Lock extensions/ relocks will be subject to the new LLPAs if the loan is delivered after March 7, 2022 and purchased after March 14, 2022, and the new fee was not included previously.
