Texas 50(f)(2) or 50(a)(4) Requires an Interior and Exterior Appraisal Report
Newrez Approved Correspondent Clients: Effective immediately for all new locked loans on or after January 26, 2022, an existing Texas 50(a)(6) loan that is refinanced as a Texas 50 (f)(2) or Texas 50(a)(4) will require a full Interior and Exterior Appraisal Report.
