Newrez Approved Correspondent Clients: please note effective immediately, Newrez has applied the new Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac LLPA grids for Conventional Cash-Out Refinances for Best Efforts locks.
The new grid will also apply to all lock extensions beyond 12/31/2022 for loans already in pipeline.
