Bulletin 2023-086 FHA Maximum Loan Limits 2024
Newrez LLC “Newrez” Approved Correspondent Clients: please note that FHA has announced the 2024 Calendar Year (CY) nationwide and individual county loan limits, effective for FHA case numbers assigned on or after January 1, 2024.
The FHA mortgage loan limit thresholds for low-cost and high-cost areas will increase in 2024 to the amounts listed below by property size.

Most counties will have increased mortgage loan limits in 2024 from 2023. The maximum individual county loan limits can be found at the following FHA link.
Newrez systems have been updated to reflect these limits, however, AUS systems may not automatically reflect the 2024 loan limits until after January 1, 2024. In cases, where the AUS does not recognize a 2024 loan limit and the case number assignment is dated January 1, 2024 or later, Newrez associates and clients can proceed with evidence from the FHA Mortgage Limits Search Tool that the loan amount is compliant with the 2024 individual county loan limit.
As a reminder, FHA mortgage loan limits apply to Base Loan amounts and can be exceeded by the financed UFMIP amount for the loan.
