FEMA has now issued incident period end dates for Hurricane Florence in both North and South Carolina.
New Penn Financial will now resume purchasing FHA loans in accordance with New Penn Financial’s Disaster Policy, Chapter 9 Collateral Audit and Funding.
Please note the end dates are as follows:
- North Carolina - September 29, 2018
- South Carolina - October 08, 2018
Please ensure any re-inspections for the counties below are dated after the applicable end date noted above.
