Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS) clients, as a reminder, SLS was rebranded to Newrez on May 1, 2024. 

 

The SLS Serviced Released business is being moved to the Newrez platform on June 1, 2024 for all Federal Home Loan Bank transactions.

 

All new Service Released commitments should be locked with Newrez’s effective June 1, 2024. Service Released commitments previously with SLS will be honored and remain in the SLS system through funding.

 

Important Details

 

  • Client Portal site is newrezcorrespondent.com
  • Client Portal Credentials will be provided for access to the Newrez platform
  • The toll-free number for all associates is 877-700-4622
  • Your Operations Team will remain the same however employee emails will be first name.last name@newrez.com

 

Actions on and after June 1, 2024

 

  • Use our Client Portal at newrezcorrespondent.com to view announcements, guide updates and suspense items
  • In addition, client will be able to upload documents via our portal
  • Update your Goodbye letters to remove any Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC references and replace with: Newrez LLC
  • Update the borrower phone number on your Goodbye Letters to 866-317-2347
  • Update the payment address on your Goodbye Letters to:
    • Newrez LLC

  • In MERS, use Newrez ORG ID 1007544
  • Attend one of our training sessions to learn more about co-issue delivery options with Newrez. Training sessions will be available starting May 8, 2024.
