Bulletin 2024-002 Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS) Acquisition- Important Updates (Agency)
Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS) clients, as a reminder, SLS Co-Issue was rebranded to Newrez Co-Issue on May 1, 2024.
The SLS Co-Issue business is being moved to the Newrez Co-Issue platform on June 1, 2024 for all FNMA and Freddie Mac delivery options which include: FNMA SMP, FNMA Quick Launch, FNMA MBS, FHLMC CIX and FHLMC MBS. Information regarding FHLMC CRX will be provided shortly.
All new Co-Issue commitments should be locked using Newrez’s platform effective June 1, 2024. Co-Issue commitments previously locked with SLS will be honored and remain in the SLS system through funding.
Important Details
- Client Portal site is newrezcorrespondent.com.
- Client Portal Credentials will be provided for access to the Newrez platform
- The toll-free number for all associates is 877-700-4622.
- Your Operations Team will remain the same however employee emails will be

Actions on and after June 1, 2024
- Use our Client Portal at newrezcorrespondent.com to view announcements, guide updates and suspense items
- Update your Goodbye letters to remove any Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC references and replace with: Newrez LLC
- Update the borrower phone number on your Goodbye Letters to 866-317-2347
- Update the payment address on your Goodbye Letters to:
- Newrez LLC
