Newrez LLC "Newrez" Approved Agency Co-Issue Clients: the Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS) MERS Org ID of 1003255 was shut down on May 1, 2024.
Clients should be using the Newrez MERS Org ID of 1007544 for Servicer and an interim MERS Org ID 1017504 for Sub-Servicer.
After June 1, 2024, you do not need to include the sub-servicer portion.
